We have had SO MUCH HOLIDAY FREAKING CHEER. Yesterday, as you can tell from the photo above, was COOKIE DAY which might be Harry's favorite day of the year. But wait! I'll tell you about that in a minute.
Let's start with the best baby outfit EVAR
Here is Jack;s kindergarten party for which I made ridiculous cupcakes. It was also teddy bear sleepover day, and this is the bear Jack brought to class. Subtle.
2 things: I am wearing that scarf RIGHT NOW and also I apparently did not comb my hair.
Cooper: GIANT MESS
Ben had the fantastic idea of using this Pier One thing that was already in our front hallway to hold Christmas cards: GENIUS.
Cooper loves to wear Dorothy's bows and shoes.
As you can tell from the wave, he was going to work, duh.
Non-ironic holiday sweater for Harry's class party. As soon as I walked in, a little girl said , "Oooh, your sweater is so pretty."
I brought the stuff for fruit snowmen-- they made their own-- it was a snack AND an activity
My super creative friend brought the stuff to make this for their teacher. I really want to make one of these at home, but the likelihood of going to Michael's today is slim. Next year??
Date night! I totally great and alcohol heavy Christmas party with friends-- LOVED IT
Jack got to bring his class mascot home for break. I told the teacher I wasn't sure if we were ready for the responsibility. Moments after this picture was taken, I exited the restaurant with a shrieking shit-covered baby.
Who slept through Trader Joes LUCKY HER
Her new favorite thing is trashing the cabinet
And waving Hi while saying "Haaaa"
Se is still compelled to do So Big whenever she sees the camera.
I did all the cookie prep the night before-- dough, frosting, everything
Cooper loved the flour bag. His surface was very well floured.
Hard at work
Photo-benned
Deocrating
He worked so hard
So did Harry
Harry made most of these for the fat man
Jack did these
Despite my prep, the place was TRASHED, and Cookie Day took 6 hours.
The cookies are delicious, though
SO big.
This would have been way more fun were it not 9 degrees.
Grimacing, not smiling.
Wish me luck-- I am about to take all 3 boys to the movies by myself, and I have a fever. MERRY CHRISTMAS.
That's pretty pro-level parenting right there! I think the virus serves as your handicap :)
