Elderly Pregnancy Update

THE BABY IS FINE!

She's just mini!

The perinatologist said my placenta is FINE and the baby is in the 15th percentile, which is also FINE.

I am coming back in 4 weeks for a growth scan just to double check, but she doesn't recommend any other follow up.

I am so relieved! Especially because the sonographer took FOREVER imaging the cord and the placenta and especially the baby's heart. I was FREAKING OUT. She told me that she just couldn't get a good view because the bay's feet were over her forehead (THE WHOLE TIME-- WTH, BABY) and her arms were in front of her chest. I thought she was saying bad angle so I would not worry.  But then there wasn't anything to worry about!!!!!

I am so relieved.
