First of all, this one:
We all woke up with norovirus on Monday, and it was gruesome. Ben had to write down all of our meds because it was a lot. (Also, Jack was FINE and went to school, the lucky duck). And! I was convinced we were all dying of carbon monoxide poisoning despite our fevers and made Ben drag himself to Menard’s for 2 brand new CO detectors (and I ordered 6 new smoke detectors on Amazon. You should be married to me. IT IS A DREAM COME TRUE).
Our family photos this year are so adorable that I must share one even though I usually wait until my holiday cards are out before I share them.**

Yikes for all of you being sick (except for Jack the champion). Glad you're all on the mend... I made the fire department come to our place last month because I thought I smelled something, so I'm no fun either.

Our CO detector went off when M was 1 and I was 32 weeks pregnant with J. It was a pretty big deal, we had a huge leak from our hot water heater. ALWAYS HAVE A WORKING CO DETECTOR, we could have all been dead!

ReplyDeleteSorry about the germ fest at your house. That sounds rough. When Ed was 1, Lad, Coach, and I were all puking. We finally just stacked the kitchen chairs on the table so he couldn't climb, and then dumped every toy and book in the middle of the room so he would leave us alone.
